Youth Athletes Mindset Guide To Becoming Elite

Here to help develop your mental game, and step up to pro level, and eventually become elite.

This site is targeted at young athletes who are looking to turn professional.I offer free advice through this blog to young athletes about the mindset they need to succeed and become elite. I have analysed top athletes such as Usain Bolt, Tyson Fury etc. I was able to put myself in their shoes and see the world from their perspective. I am an empath, so I could really feel the pain and struggle it takes to become elite. I started a workout routine, and managed to stay consistent for 30 days. But its not about the time, I learnt so much in that period. I had to stay disciplined, disregard my emotions, be consistent, go through unbearable pain and do things I hated on a regular basis.I can honestly tell you in that period I learnt the hard work behind elite athletes. It’s not rocket science. I am willing to share this information with you for free, because it’s not worth me charging you for it. I want to share it for free. Because I have made it my duty to develop the mindset of young and upcoming athletes to elite level and maximise their potential. And become great. Once you know the background of it you’ll realise no one is born with it. It is about who is willing to do the work, those are the ones who are truly gifted. Nobody does it with ease. It may look like up from an outsiders perspective but when you get to the nitty gritty bits of details that make that person who they’re. You realise that it’s actually very hard and they’d gone through a lot of pain and suffering to get to the level they’re at. I teach the mindset of the best, which means you have to push yourself to the max, and more, and more, and more. Not anything less. If you’re interested in athletics and looking to turn pro and become elite, your at the right place. Because I will tell you the ground work, the brain pain, the mental, the mindset that will unlock your potential and make you be the best you can be. Listen to this. There is no cap for progression, so consistency with training and pushing yourself will for sure make you better than your competition. It doesn’t matter where you start, if you keep at something and you don’t quit you’ll outdo your competition, I’m telling you. It’s all a matter of time, testing yourself, growth and how far your willing to push yourself i.e. how much pain you’re willing to go through on a consistent basis. It’s no good doing it one day and just quitting, in your mind you should be planning on doing it for the rest of your life. Never quit. Never stop. Never lose. You’ll get setbacks, don’t quit! GROW from them. If you’re a sprinter and you lose a race, make it your priority to put your body through enough pain to adapt and make you not lose again.
